Friends of 4th ward is a community-based organization in Linden NJ. The organization was founded by Jennel Hendrson in 2008. Leter joined by other neighborhood friends, FO4W was established. Since its inception FO4W has organized, hosted, and sponsored Community Day at 4th Ward Park. This wonderful Festive event is magnificent family fun for all to attend. Community Day is an annual event presented to the community to give back to the citizens of the community. It also promotes cohesiveness and unification between local residents, local government, law enforcement, and clergy members. It is an enjoyable experience for all community members to share in TOGETHER! It is a great pleasure to present this grand occasion each year.
F04W Families
FO4W believe families are truly the very heart and soul of the community. A community is no stronger then the families within.

From the civil servant & local clergy to the lady from down the block… EVERYONE is welcome and embraced in the spirit of love.. We are working to build back the walls of our community one block at a time. Friends of 4th Ward are now offering a number of outreach services. Including our literacy and orators program.
